Two cities. One orbit.

I grew up in Cambodia, studied computer science in Phnom Penh, and crossed the sea to build software in Seoul. Everything I make carries both places: the resourcefulness of one, the velocity of the other.

Where it started

Phnom Penh taught me that constraints are a feature. When internet fails and hardware is modest, software has to be simple, resilient, and honest about the real world. I finished my computer science degree at the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2022, already building for local businesses.

That instinct became an architecture: local-first. The Cambodian restaurant POS I later built runs entire dinner services with zero connectivity, because that is the reality it lives in.

Where it accelerated

Seoul is where I learned enterprise scale: fintech platforms, anti-money-laundering systems, KYC pipelines, and the discipline that regulated software demands. It is also where I fell into the deep end of AI engineering.

Today I study Korean every day, lift weights on a stubborn bulk, and spend my best hours building platforms where AI agents work as real teammates.

Engineering philosophy

“Simple beats clever. Shipped beats perfect. Software should respect the world it actually runs in.”

The three sentences behind every technical decision I make

Off the keyboard

Guitar in a small home studio

I sing and play guitar, and one long-term goal is a proper home music studio. Music shaped how I build: practice daily, keep the arrangement simple, and make it feel right before making it bigger.

Where this is all going

I want to build AI systems and businesses that matter in Southeast Asia: tools for local companies, products that work offline, and agent platforms that give small teams the output of large ones.
